Seven School Wonders

OUR FAVOURITE WONDER : 

MOVIE PROJECT!!!

 

 

In our town, Santi Cosma e Damiano,

there isn’t a cinema.

So, once in a term, our school organizes a school trip to Gaeta, 30 km far from our town, and we go to the “Ariston” cinema , to watch a movie all together: we love very much this project and we wait for these days with joy.

 

 

         

 

At the cinema, we meet Alessandro Izzi.

He’s a real movie reviewer!

Before the film showing, he introduces to us the movie we’re going to watch.

After the film showing, he talks with us about the messages the movie conveys.

We ask him some questions about what we have  watched and discuss our impressions.

This story tells that long, long time ago a boy found an egg. From this egg a dragon was born.The boy and the dragon became good friends. Both of them fighted againist a bad man who wanted to kill them. At the end the boy and the dragon killed the bad man.

                   “CARS – MOTORI RUGGENTI”

 

                                                                  

 

On the 14 th of November, my class and me went to the Ariston Cinema in Gaeta. We went to see a movie, “CARS”. I was very excited, and I longed for the time to go there. I liked very much this movie, because it talks about very important things, like friendship. Here you are the story: Saetta Mc Queen is a young and bright racing car. He wishes to win a prestigious sponsor, Dinoco, winning the famous American race, the “Piston Cup”. While he’s going to the motor racing track for the last race, Saetta loses on the Route 66 and arrives in  a very small town, Radiator Spring. In this town he has a car crash and he destroys the tarmac. The strict judge Doc Hudson sentences Saetta Mc Queen to repair the street. During his work, Saetta Mc Queen becomes friend with Sally, Carl Attrezzi, Guido and Luigi. Thanks to them, Saetta understands that victories aren’t the most important things. Really, on the final race, he renounces to win, helping the King. So, he refuses the Dinoco’s sponsor and he moves to Radiator Spring, to live together his true new friends.

I think that this movie gives us a very important message: in our life, friendship is more important than success. Going to the cinema it’s always an amazing experience and, even if I often go to the cinema with my family, I like best going there with my friends, because everything looks like funnier and more exciting with them.
